Previous Career History
With over 27 years experience within the Food Industry as a Technologist or Technical Manager, covering a broad range of products within the Chilled, Frozen and Grocery categories. Covering the sectors of Food Service, manufacture and retailing.
During the last 5 years at Tesco’s, Paul worked predominantly in CE for Group Food, spending extensive time rationalising and developing the Technical capability of the fresh meat, fish, poultry and egg suppliers.
In addition training, mentoring and developing a fresh meat Technical team.
An ISO Lead Auditor
Previously an approved TFMS auditor of new and existing factories, both raw and ready to eat.
Previously a trainer and approver of auditors against the Tesco Food Manufacturing Standard.
Delivering FIR compliance for red meat, fish, poultry and eggs in Czech, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland.
